Need some recommendations for tune my evo up to 500whp

Since Im running my evo ix runs 423 hp and 361tq on dyno, and I want some more powers on my car. My final goal would be 500 hp and now my tune ups are basically,

FP black, HKS 272 cams, HKS intake kit, EBC, Walbro 255 LPH Fuel Pump, AMS Intercooler, 1000cc injector and stock ECU reflash and stock motor

I was thinking abt to get E85 but its kinda hard to get in my home town and I want to stick with pump gas since its for DD.

[FONT=맑은 고딕][SIZE=2]I just need you guys advices to reach the final goal. Is there anyway I can run my car up to 500 hp range without E85? I want some more hp and quicker spool response.

Is that your full mod list?

I would change cams and put in some gsc stage 2 and that should put you a lot closer, those cams are a missmatch for the black.

you can go with water/methanol injection if you cant get e85. fast way to gain hp/tq.

You should be able to hit 500whp on pump with an FP Black. Like noted above, S2's will get you a lot closer.

As stated before, make sure your car can breathe, change your cams, and I would strongly suggest looking into a built bottom end to make it reliable. Also 500whp is probably going to be along the limit of that turbo on pump gas. They really shine on e85 though where you can crank up the boost.

You can easily make over 500 on those cams on e85.... If you were looking to run 600+ then those cams will hurt your peak gains but for right now your biggest limiting factor is the stock block and the fuel setup. You will likely need more than 1000cc injectors on a single wally 255 for 500 on e85. You will need a more aggressive cam to crack 500 on pump. The cheapest solution for you right now is a wally 400 and e85 tune. Make 500 and be happy and start saving for built bottom end.

Get rid of the HKS cams and go with a set of GSC S2 cams. That right there will be a big chunk. With e85 you maybe able to hit your goal, but you will need larger injectors. With the black with 1450s should do it along with a reflash.

Stock block is not a limiting factor here, its all about choosing the right parts. A little bigger cam choice, e85 or method injection would put you here. In your case I would say method because you can stay on pump and not have to buy new injectors.

People have made 600 on hks 272 cams....He can get rid of them but it's a waste of money at this point... If he buys new cams he will have to buy springs and/or retainers. He's looking at 1000+ if he buys new parts and pays for labor. And it's redundant as his motor will come out because he has no idea how long it will last at 500hp. So the way I see it is... he can A

Buy cams-500
springs retainers- 200
labor- 400??

And make 500 because he will likely want to stop there due to not wanting to push the stock block any farther.

OR he can buy
Walboro 400- for 200 installed
Make 500 on e85 and be happy...

While saving for built block and new cams (if he chooses to) which will save him time, and $$$ in labor.

dual map tune...whatever he can make on pump gas
e85 tune for having fun.

Or he can keep his fuel setup and get a c16 or q16 tune and make his 500hp, but he will get tired of the price of it realllllly fast.

Ive been doin some research (AMS or JSC speed) and I just got confuse.
There are all different deg of GSC S2 cams.

I found S2 : Intake 278/ Exhaust 274
Intake 274/ Exhaust 274
Intake 274/ Exhaust 272

Which one is the right one for my set up?
