Fuel problem/starting prob

Hey guys,
My car has been acting up lately. It was sitting for 3 months. The only thing I changed was the clutch while it sat. Now my problem, when I go to start it, I don't hear the fuel pump go on until I stopped cranking it. I don't have an aftermarket fuel rail or fuel pressure regulator, so I can't check the pressure. So I'm going on my experience, I know the fuel pressure is dropping off. But why I don't know. Like I said the car sat for 3 months so it's easy to forget what exactly the car was doing before.

I truly remember the pump priming when I turned the key. If it helps, I have a walbro 255 without the hardwiring. The pump has roughly 80k miles on it.

Once I get the car started it idles weird and wants to stall. So I give it gas until it catches. When I stop at red lights it sometimes acts up like it wants to stall. That brought me to think the gas went bad. After I got it down to 1/4 of a tank I refilled it and added a fuel additive. It's still acting the same way. Btw I'm running only 93.

Thanks in advance

Can anybody else give me any ideas?

Fuel pressure is definitely dropping and my pump only primes after I stopped cranking it
