Part Numbers for transfer case components ALOT of digging to find these.....

I don't know if this has been posted already. If so, please disregard.

After endless searching I have found part numbers for components needed to rebuild your own transfer case.

My Tcase is barely whining, its almost unnoticeable but being the perfectionist that I am I want to start gathering parts now so that I can rebuild it before it becomes worse.

Part numbers are for evo 7,8,9 w/ ACD and Without ACD
The Front diff carrier bearing for the ACD Tcase might be different for the rightside due to the clutch mechanism, I'm not sure though becuase my car doesn't have ACD and I hae never taken a non ACD Tcase apart.

So here it is:

Ring and pinion shaft kit 3.31:1 ratio = 3219A002 (rally art P/N)
Front diff carrier bearings w/ races = MR980099 (mitsu part number)
Front Pinion shaft bearing = MR980813 (mitsu part number)
Rear Pinion shaft bearing = MR553235 (mitsu part number)

SHIM KIT = MD745921 (mitsu part number)

BONUS:
Rear Diff ring and pinion = 3512A001 (rally art P/N)

If anyone has any more info on this PLEASE POST IT!!!!!!

I would be glad if someone found something wrong with these numbers because I don't want bad info either

We really need a good rebuild your own Transfer Case thread too, so I plan on doing that as well after I collect all the parts. IF I can collect all the parts.....

Ralliart numbers dont work in CAPS/ASA.

These are the mitsu part numbers that work but have to come from Japan-

http://www.coordsport.com/transmissi...rnal-parts.htm

The only one to worry about- MD749696

Problem is the cheapest I have found them is 744 euro.

Well, you would have to get your own shims made. I used Maudlin - http://www.maudlinproducts.com/ for my 316SS shim stock and then had the dimensions measured and water-jetted out of stacks.

Its around $200 for the 4x bearings, $75-90 for gaskets and seals depending on the type of tcase you have.

If you need a ring and pinion, there are a couple places making upgraded ones in the USA that are anywhere from $1125-$1375 and stock ones are around $750.

No, the transfer case housing assembly or singular pieces are not available from Mitsubishi for the non-ACD nor the ACD units for the Evo 4/5/6/7/8/9.
