what head gasket for 4g64 in evo

Nope. To elaborate, the "fire rings" on all four of the cylinder wall material peeled "into" the combustion chambers.

What does AMS charge for their modified HG? I need one for a .020 over set up.....

they told me same thing. said i had to buy one of there shortblocks. i said i did. but then they asked for invoice # and i was screwed LOL

My buddies shop bought one from AMS. I am o-ringed by the way. AMS one was the cheapest with cometic a close second I believe.

pretty much every bored evo 9 gasket is made for an 87mm bore.

My buddy has a 4g64 and uses the factory head gasket that's modified and compatible (purchased from AMS) and he has no issues...800hp car
