I just got an invidia downpipe for Christmas and I was told to go ahead and swap out the o2 housing aswell. I read up and saw that the best would be an o2 dump pipe. I checked out some sites and found an one on eBay made by MAP.

That one will work for sure. I think the top three are that one, the ToxicFab, and the JMFab....and you can't go wrong with any of the three.

 

im also in the market for an 02 housing. SHould i be concerned with my DP being a 3" inlet and the 02 housing 2.5" outlet??

 

No I wouldn't be too concerned there are quite a few like that. The donut gasket helps make the seal!

 

a lot of people don't like dumps. you might want to consider what you're about to get yourself into.

 

how much is stock E8 o2 housing in width, 2.5"

will there be any hp gain to go with that dump or say megan o2 housing ?

 

From some posts I saw that people say that they're just noisemakers, and then on other posts I saw that people swear by them saying not to make the same mistake they did by not getting it. I agree with the "noisemaker" comments, because I youtube(d) videos and listened to how they sounded. If it adds enough bang for the buck though, I'm in.
