you don't really NEED one.... esp for a street car.....
reducing the rotational inertia of the motor doesn't help all that much for a car used primarily as a daily driver
however, if you do want a faster revving motor, might as well do it at the same time as the clutch
clutches come with flywheels?! thats a new one to me!? i wish i got flywheels with clutches =P
