How do you communicate with a Motec m48? PICS UP

How do you communicate with a Motec m48?
I bought a X group N Rally car with motec m48 ecu in the stock housing. I open the case and saw the below written on the circuit.
Motec Europe Ltd
Mits Evo/0A-797
Soldside Issuse A
Emp 0375 990
05971
e2773181h
ex57

There is no usb port on the ecu so my question is how do I connect/communicate using a Laptop with the ecu?
I NEED HELP

you have to have the special motec com cable. the connector on ecu is about half the size of USB port

create a photobucket account.
upload your pics to that account.
once you have uploaded them, you can link them using the "img" code

thats interesting. looks nothing like the motec PNP I have here. the one have have is based off the m800 board. the setup you have looks professional. like it was made at motec. may have been custom ordered for someone used to using the m48. you should send those pics to motec. they are always very helpful. obviously it must communicate through some wiring off main plug. but thats just a guess.
