Okay im full bolt ons minus cams and stock 8 turbo. Im gettn hks 264 for a very good price and im stating stock turbo. Will a 9 turbo b better or hks264 cams with ported intake manifold and exhaust mani. What will net me most gains im a 2003evo 8 ful bolt ons e85

 

I would have to tell you that the HKS 264s are a highly inferior camshaft these days and in my opinion would be a waste of your money. If you plan to stay with the stock IX turbo on E85 and have not purchased the stock IX turbo, the buy it first. It is just a little difficult to understand what you are asking. Can you be more specific?
