Who is still on their original clutch?
Just wondering if anyone else is still on their stock clutch? I am about to pass up 134,000 miles and I'm still on the original clutch! No signs of slippage. For those of you wondering, I bought the car new with ~40 miles on it in 2003 (Evo 8). My mileage is 60% city, 40% highway + a couple of track days. Who says the stock clutch doesn't last
Just passed 60k miles on mine, third owner, I'm the first one to have launched it (at least that's what I was told
), done about 15 drag passes and half a dozen days of road racing. No slippage under any driving conditions but it slipped more than usual last time I launched it, so probably no more drag racing for me on the stocker. Still had a pretty good run I'd say!

I ran mine at 600/465 for about 10,000 miles before selling the car. I don't launch my cars because frankly I don't like to break stuff unnecessarily, but it never slipped once on a WOT roll on in 1st and redline shift to 2nd.

72.5k right now, clutch slips on the highway so I'm in the process of getting my parts. No launching for me, I bought mine @ 19k miles and it was a bank repo so I do not know how it was treated up until that point.
I'm sticking with a stock clutch. No mods on my car.
