Spark plug gap question...?

Ok, unfortunately I've never bothered to replace my plugs in the 3 years I've owned the car I just bought NGK 8es's and need to know what gap to run. Evo 9 motor, turbo, full exhaust, 255 pump running 21-26psi. Any recommendations? I am being told .024 from a very good sourse, sound correct? That seems like an aweful little gap for a car but maybe all my days around Harley's is getting to me.

my car runs .018 but I run high boost and E85. You should be okay at .024 but if it starts to blow spark close the gap to .020-.022. Most of the cars I tune I set at .022 running the boost you are. 30+psi goes to .020

When my stick turbo was still on at 26 lbs I ran .023 and never had a single hiccup

If you are running an EVO 8 motor, those 8es' are NOT for your motor. Those are only for non-Mivec motors aka EVO 8.
