Question OEM h/gaskets - mls or composite ?

changing rods without pulling the engine, only sump and head. also not going to resurface block or head.

going to go with oem composite h/g with regular ARP's and need your suggestions, don't want to miss something or do in wrong way

p.s. car will see 26-30 psi max

thanks in advance

Oem head gaskets have been on engines making 1000 hp and much cheaper than some aftermarket. There's only one oem kind from what I know which is mls.

The stock head gaskets? Yeah I never even heard of anyone ever cutting there heads while they got there head off unless it's because it's warped or want more compression and I've had my head off before and didn't do it and running 35+ psi with no problems.
