HELP!!! Car Wont Start After COP's!!!

This is what happen i got a DIY COP and misplace 2 off the wires( i realize that after car dint start) so i put the OEM coils back and car dint star , so if some one can help me i will be more then grateful cuz this is my DD and now i have to take the bus to work until i can fix this, here its some test i have done...

Check all fuses including the 10amp under the dash, all good
Disconnect Battery
test coils for spark (no spark on 1,2 and 3 coils)
sont know if ECU got fried or how can i check that

There are 2 engine fuses under the dash. I had one blow the other fuse the other day.

tnx for the replys, i have cheak all fuses and spark plugs they ok

I know that I have forgotten to hook up the coil packs before... Maybe (and hopefully) that's it

now I'm more lost, tuner send my another ECU wit my tune on it and no luck still unable to start the car any ideas???
