injen intake w/ full intercooler piping

Is it worth $360? Can you feel the power differences? And is anyone running a hks ssqv bov with it?

I don't think its a bad price , but not much power to be made with just that. If you got the cash get a tune , tbe and mbc and you will feel a nice bump in power.

I've had mine for a while now and i can tell u it's a good deal for the price,i did 404@ wheels on a stock evo 9 turbo with it (self tuned),so the performance gains are there with the needed tuning,i run a Forge dv on mine which holds boost like crazy and can be recirculated if you wanted, love the thing,i don't like the HKS blow off myself but that's just my personal preference.Remember the intake and intercooler piping is just one piece of the power puzzle,it takes a good combination of parts to make good power, good luck

What's the difference in power from injen intake/intercooler piping to bucshur or ets etc. Everything stays the same otherwise swap piping and tune, what is there to be gained.
Btw i have this kit and at first i thought i had a huge loss in power. It took time for the ecu to relearn i take it, cause after a few drives and disconnecting the battery it came back. It felt altot better more responsive but that could just be my imagination. I alsoplayed around with the ecu after.

Thanks

I'm running an HKS intake for mine and love it. As far as the IC piping, yes there are gains to them. The least amount of bends the better because the air flows better. Think of it like a river, things flow pretty fast when it's straight, but once it starts hitting turns, it flows slower, same with the air in the CP's. Hope that makes sense

So are you saying the ic piping is a good bang for the $? Do you know anyone that is running a injen?

Researching is your friend. This topic has been covered alot so most people won't want to jump to answer again.

I use the kit and like it. I noticed a small decrease in spool time. The kit uses stock dv location so as long as the one you have choose will fit there your are good.

If you don't mind running mini battery. Then going for a kit with less bends would be even better. It is all what you can afford.

Right there explains it. I know a few people running the Injen CP's but not the intake. They have decent CP's but not to sure about the intake. Try to search around and I'm sure you will find the answers you're looking for

I am. I have the injen uicp with an hks ssqv with no problems. I use the ets licp with ets intercooler though. I know with the viii's and ix's the licp is where you gain a little power. But honestly when I replaced the stock uicp with the injen uicp, I did notice a small difference. I also switched my kn hard pipe intake to an ets intake and felt a noticeable gain as well. So for the price you posted, yes it is def worth it.
