Bad Coils?

Recently I've been having trouble with my car sputtering when I hit higher boost or WOT. I ruled out the spark plugs, as I changed them and gapped them properly and ruled out any loose vacuum lines. I pulled the wires and coils to further check them out today and this is what I found:

From pictures 2 & 4, does it look like I might need some new wires and coils? Do you think that this is causing the stutter? It seems like the coil in #2 looks really corroded/coated with some crap, where the other one looks shiny and new. Same thing with the ends of the wires. Any insight would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

Do have any friends with evo's? If you do Try swapping his coils into your car. Can't really tell by looking if they're bad.
