Can you PM price shipped to NY 11738 for one of these? Also, are any discounts available if purchasing a BBK-BB series turbo as well? lol

I too would love to see how it stacks up against some of the best performing O2 housings out there.

WORKS
and
SS Titek V2

come to mind.

I currently run the WORKS O2 Housing and WORKS Downpipe - probably the most expensive O2/DP combo out there short of a full custom Ti setup. It is mated up with a CBRD BBK-Full and was the fastest/quickest BBK in the country last year I think on both the road course and the dragstrip. Maybe I'll be a candidate to test out the new O2/DP combo!

Thanks for the hookup Chad! I'm excited to mate this up with my new motor - shooting for 9's on the BBK-Full this year!

I want to have it ceramic coated - from your experience what is the most effective exhaust coating out there? Jet Hot, Swain, other?

This you can't get the exhaust hot enough to burn it off. Had it on my RX-7 stuff. Turbo hotside, DP and manifold. I could touch my turbos hotside after the initial start up and idle air adjustment. Run time of about 20 min with rpm brought upto 3500 RPMs for a few min at a time. Could touch it after 5 min of cool down bare fingers.

so we decided to make a recirc'd dump tube, that is divided longer than normal, and has the WG dump tube at a more appropriate angle-

Many of the Invidia/Megan style dont keep the exhaust gases completely divided because the factory gasket has an opening.. which can also cause warping on the divider (where we've seen pinholes)

the primary tube for the turbine exit is 3" and the WG side is 2.5" with a full 3" Vband--

Here are some pics with the downpipe..

It even stands up on its own!!

More to come--

Thanks to Jmfab for making us a nice cnc'd inlet flange (albeit alot of porting we had to do) and a nice custom SS gasket to keep it fully divided.

Just keeping everyone up to speed on some things we are doing-

We will be doing some testing on the B and C platform cars---- the C on E85 on a 2.3 with this setup-

Cheers

CB
Beautiful welding. Very nice CNC flanges, and a very clean build. Impressive.

Downside is that there's really no gain from dividing out the wastegate versus a simple bellmouth design. I've tested this to no end.

we always try to keep the exhaust gas from the turbine side and WG side divided as long as possible- and we have seen a difference in the subaru applications in particular!

thanks for posting your input though!

cheers
