4G63's limits

Hail to the lords of the streets

Tried to look for related threads. But to no avail.
Please .

What is the REV/BHP/TORQUE/OUTPUT limit of the stock EVO 8 USDM/JDM 4G63:

1. Con-rod bolts (300bhp/7500rpm?)
2. Head studs (350bhp?)
3. Pistons (420bhp?)
4. Con-rod (400bhp?)
5. Crank Shaft (500bhp?)
6. Engine Head (?)
7. Engine Block (?)
8. Injectors (560cc?)
9. Fuel pump (150lph?)
10. TD05HR-16G6-9.8T (1.5bar?)
11. TD05HRA-16G6-9.8T (1.6bar?)
12. Stock cam degree (260 in/ 252 ex i think)
13. USDM/JDM EVO 7,8 5-speed manual tranny & clutch
14. JDM EVO 7 GTA 5-speed invecs-2 auto tranny
15. Airtrek turbo fuel pump and injectors, are they the same as the evos(7,7.5,8)?

Hope you all can help me clear my doubts. Heard about 450bhp evos with stock internals but want to know the exact (somewhat) figures, I know that they have 15-20% higher output potential straight from the factory.

OK, here it goes...
all in whp (estimates obviously)

Con rod bolts, 450+
head bolts, 320 (weak link)
head gasket with arp studs, 450+
pistons, 500+ (very good units)
conn rods, 450-500
crank, you will not max it out!!!!!
block, you will not max it out!!!!
valve springs, anything over stock cut off is dangerous (another weak link)
injectors, 560cc

im getting my motor bilt by ap racing to deal with all the week links and make the strong ones better

Thanks man for the input, i hope others can give more input as well.....but isnt the con rod bolts also weak?

i blew a piston so thats fishy and bended two valves.now that it happen im going all the way.i have buschur stage 4 rite now getting the internal bilt head prted and polish.its going to be good

oh and a greddy t67 turbo kit waiting on the crank pistons and rods the head is all ready done.oh and intake manifold.the head should be able to handel 9000 rpms the bottom end 35psi of boost.

Maybe the reason was that your con rod bolt broke. Did you blow it during high reving or up-boosting? or both? how did you break it?

it was funny i was at my friend house it was cold so i left te car running for about 40sec.got in it lunch about 4000rpms and boom.the rods wear fine the car detonated,and the piston broke a pice off.
