video almost done... I had to find a company to do a custom electric motor seal, as it is not available anywhere, and that took some time..

good news is that the rebuild kit will have not only the pump plate, but all the seals + motor oil seal + motor bearing..

the pumps that I have rebuilt are pumping in excess of 25 BAR..

when I get back from geneva I will finish the vid and the rebuild kits will be available for shipping in about two weeks..

All 3 of my ACD lights come on when it is warm out but they act normal when it is cold (below 35 degrees). Since it has been warmer the past few days all 3 lights have been on all the time. If i shut the car off and start it back up while the lights are on, i go back to one light on the dash after the restart. If i floor the car for a split second after the restart to activate the pump i hear a fuel pump whining sound for maybe 8 seconds then it stops and the 3 ACD lights pop up again. Any ideas?

Is my pump shot? Does i have air in the lines and just need to bleed it? Not sure how to diagnose this.

Sounds shot to me. You can pull the code and see what it says. There is a slight chance that it is sensor related, but I doubt it. Jumper pins 1 and 4 and count the lights.

I will stop at the Autozone around the corner and have them read it for me real quick. Do you how many different codes the ACD can throw and which ones mean its shot?

You don't use a code reader to get the code; you can have to jump pins 1 and 4 on the OBD2 port then turn the ignition to on. The ACD lights will flash. slow flashes count as tens and fast flashes are the units. So 8 slow flashes followed by 2 fast flashes would be code 82.

Codes 82 and either 81 or 83 (can't remember which one) mean the pump is dead.

Gotcha, thanks. I have a feeling it is seized though, it buzzes like a Walbro fuel pump and has never made that noise before. Fingers crossed! I will let you guys know how it goes.

Hope your Tcase is on point. ACD pump failure's signs of premature tcase failure, or so I heard.

this is typical pump failure... The pump will make some pressure while the oil is cold, but when it thins put a bit in warm weather, the pump makes no pressure at all..

air in the lines will not give you 3 ACD lights...
