I installed the 3" Buschur TB a few weeks ago and thought the fitment was pretty good. The good part about it -- it's slip fit, so you can twist and slide the parts a bit to get it to line up just right. The bad part about it -- it's slip fit, so you have to twist and slide the parts a bit to get it to line up just right.

If you're not satisfied with the exhaust note, throw on an HKS 272 exhaust camshaft.

Again, for a deeper sound I think you can get the Buschur Magnaflow rear section...

My friend has the full turbo back with the Buschur muffler and I got the Magnaflow and the difference in sound is bigger than you think. His is much much louder and mine has a softer, but deeper growl to it.

I wonder if there is anyone out there that would be willing to trade the magnaflow end for the buschur one.

I finally started really fighting with it on Saturday and found a black rubber bungee cord. The problem I have is that the fish hook style exhaust hanger near the back has too wide of an eye. It allowed too much play, hence- rattle. I put the bungee cord on the back clamp and attached it to the bar where the old (unused) stock exhaust hanger at the very far end at the passenger side is.

So far the tapping is gone. If this post is confusing to anyone, I can try to get under the car and snap a couple of pics.

Sound is awesome, weight is very light. Power output is incredible. If you can't install it without tapping, any slightly competent muffler shop can get under there and install it the way Buschur intended it to be without any trouble at all.
can you descibe the tapping... I'm getting a tapping or something in the lower RPM's (rarely in the high) but it is driving me insane... its kind of a rattle tapping if anyone knows... I had the same issue with the rear exhaust hanger eye I wonder if that is the problem

tapping is easy to find. Mine tapped a little when i hit a bump. I live in the desert. Jacked it up and hit the pipes with a rubber mallet. Be gentle. Found mine right away and made an adjustment. Simple.

I installed mine BR STG-I a week ago.. The only thing that I was disapointed was the second o2 sensor. Was touching the car floor...I moved like 30 degrees offset. (de-welded and welded again)

The car alredy ran 8:31@82.51 mph in Puerto Rico humid weather..

For me is the best buy for the buck...! This are my 5 cents.

Mine's back. Its the midpipe hitting pieces under the car. I can't correct it.

I answered your private mail again houstonevo and as soon as you get me your address (since no one ever uses their names on the internet) I can send the bolt kit out. It should have been in there but many guys don't bother to look for it and it gets lost in the packaging and peanuts in the box. I wish you had called us we could have gotten them right out.

Noize,

Shoot me a private message so I can ask more about the problem and see what I can do.

I will, Dave. I've been waiting to send you a pic, but its been too cold to get under the car. I'm still very happy with the exhaust's performance, but super impressed with your incredible customer service!!
