Check the injectors to see if they are clogged. You can have them off in 20mins. There have been some horrible E85 gunk stories.

^ ya I know all about that gunk. That's why I put in the Lucas injector cleaner. Which im thinking is very ironic that this happened right after I put that stuff in my tank.

FX11: my car has 82k miles.

Well the spark plugs and injectors looked fine. It started running normal again so I drove it a little bit. About 40 miles with no problems, and now its back to the same problem again. Help!

It could be. Ive been heard those cleaner clean up the gunk and it can clog the injectors. But how do i know if its true.

Try use all gas and put fresh e85 see what happens

if it started running bad like on 3 cylinders pulls your plugs check gap on them and adjust if needed. Also while spark plugs are removed, double check ohm resistance on coils and spark plug wires and coil boots. Make sure all are within spec, and upon resintall put some dye electric grease inside each boot and plug wire to make sure its not shorting out. That would be my first recommendation. If that checks out then do a boost leak test like someone before me posted.
good luck

Pull your injectors and clean/test them. Also test your coil.

And my friend, you are past due on your timing belt. It needs to be changed at 60k
Make that your next upgrade!
