QTP electric cutout cable solution

so i have a qtp electric cutout that will be mounted on the test pipe section. where would you recommend i route the wire? is there a hole around there that i could use so i would not have to drill anything?

There's a hole under the passenger seat for the o2 sensor wiring to pass through.

do you know if theres anything from the driver side? since dump will be from the driver side exit
