No idea man. Tried a place that specializes in fuel injection? Even injector manufacturer might be able to sell you some.

Looked closer and found that the Bottom seal on top of the injector was cracked and half gone so it wasn't getting a good 'snug fit' in the manifold when you tightened down the fuel rail mounting bolts.

Ran out of time to do another boost leak test so will do that tomorrow and check everything out again.

Quick question-How does a stock 8 DV hold up to 30 psi??

It doesnt at all....I guarantee that plastic EVO8 DV leaks as well from the seams where it is glued together.

Replace it with a IX metal DV valve and the car will thank you :-)

As far as your spark issue, I see your mod list is close to mild but why don't you give the bpr8es 1 step colder plugs a try?

From what I've read e85 is a little more sensitive to pre-ignition.
E85 is the opposite of this. It resists pre-ignition, hints the reason everyone runs it and makes more power. Also 10.9-11 is pretty rich I run 11.9-12 with ethanol.

Yes. E85 runs way cooler.

The fuel map on it right needs work. I want to run that, 11.9-12.

part throttle/spool up- is like 10.7 then leans out to 11-11.3. haha i dont like it.

Boost leak test today went well. pressure tested it to 30 psi and all was good.

Synapse Dv had a broken seal in the flange where the UICP hose comes and connects with it. Replaced that and holds like a champ! Driveability actually is about the same. No part throttle surge. Just al ot louder than the plastic piece
