Interesting situation happened and now a problem
*ITS NOT THE PLUGS, OR THE PLUG GAP*
Key notes :
installed synapse bov and replaced a greddy bov.
Car held boost much better.
WOT pull car sees 32lbs of boost (e85) but tuned to 30lbs by Tom.
Dipstick pops out and throws oil around the top left of the engine bay (alternator area)
That has never happened until I installed the new BOV.
day goes by and car is running fine, then I'm getting smoke from under hood and a burning wire smell. Coming from the alternator area of engine bay..
Go to Car wash and spray out the area and dry it.
Car drives fine and no more smoking. (Thinking ok burned some extra oil that was sitting somewhere around the manifold)
Next day. Car misfires so badly its changing the sound of Idle.. nothing smooth and CONSTANT repetitive misfires.. breaks up under no boost and low RPMS and sputters.
Changed plugs and problem is still there
Coils : SPOOLIN UP COP less then 2 months old
Did Oil kill a sensor around the left side of the engine bay by chance? I'm at a loss and do not know where to trouble shoot.
ZERO BOOST LEAKS by the way.

Unplugged each coil one by one last night.. #4 bogs down when unplugged, #3 and #2 the same..
Pulled #1 and car idles exactly the same as when it was plugged in...
I'm guessing Somehow the coil went bad.. No oil ever touched the actual coil though..
That would explain running 10.0 rich on a finely tuned car all the sudden as well.
Injector is dumping fuel into a cylinder that has no spark?

Does Spoolin sell just an extra Coil?

I really hope that my 30 second spray down of the engine bay didnt' short out something in the harness...
Aren't these connectors designed to withstand water?
Going to put on the spark tech tonight and see if the problem is in the COIL or goes deeper.. Into the Engine Harness itself.
If it's the coil I'll have to hit up Matt asap less then 2 months is wack
