It doesnt really matter which barb you use from the IM, just keep the BOV source independent of other lines, don't T it.

So for my own clarification. You guys are saying to replace the hard line from the intake manifold and replace with one solid section of 1/4 ID vacuum hose?

Well we ran a 1/4 inch line to the IM and its now working properly. Thanks for your help everyone

Where's the "other" source for BOV on IM.
Right now I have mine T-d to boost gauge and BOV

You can T your boost gauge off your FPR like it is on the factory gauges.

It is the way you are getting your vacuum not your spring. My car was worse than yours (On Tial qr 11lb spring). I took it to a tuner today. He reran all of my vacuum line and no shutter now. I will get it back in a few days. I will get you some pics of how he ran all the lines if that help.

What did you do with the hardline next to the valve cover...Just plug it???

I'm having this same issue. I ran a 1/4 hose from the IM to the Tial and I'm still getting the Flutter, and then a release. I have the Tial QR with a 10lb spring.
