Pennsylvania exhaust legality????

Anybody know the laws of pa regarding exhaust noise? My neighbor has complained numerous times that I wake somebody up when I leave or come home from work at 6am by letting my car idle for 45secs to 1minute which is ridiculous. I explained to her the purpose of letting the car run. It is an 06 evo ix with a Megan racing tbe it will be getting switched to a Ams tbe in a few months. It doesn't seem that loud and the lady is old says its waking up her granddaughter she is the only one to complain I lost it on her today my main ? Is can the local cops actually do anything about this?

Also any insight on what the legal window tint % is would be appreciated. Thanks guys

My only input is that leaving it idling for 45sec to a minute is unnecessary.
Start it and drive it sedately for 10min and keep the peace. Lol

i live in nj and my neighbor is the same way i go to school and leave at 7 every morning. There has probably been a police officer here 10 times and I have still not got any tickets. Shes a grumpy old lady. I warm my car up and i just ignore her, she yells at the window and curses me off but i just forget about it.

@ jnebs described my situation. Perfectly I have a short temper as it is and after putting in 1 1/2 hrs in the gym, running 3 miles, and working a 12hr shift the last thing I want to hear is some old lady complain about how loud my car is. Now my next question is who makes the loudest exhaust
