If you are only 18 years old, why don't you stick to a stock evo? Dont be stupid, you will kill yourself.

The one you have posted has a forward facing turbo kit on it if you look closely. It also has an aftermarket intercooler and block off plates made for aerodynamics. Particularly for drag racing. Might think twice before giving advice lol.

The manifold in the one the op posted is a sidewinder. It looks to be a fairly good sized turbo. It must be running speed density on either an after market or stock ecu as well. I did not see any indication of a blow through setup.

I would look for one with less mods though. Most that you find will have mods or be put back to stock, but the closer you can get to stock. The less headaches you will most likely have trying to fix someone else's mistakes.

I currently drive a 2006 acura rsx-s which i bought new in november 05 so its about time i move on to something more practical (awd, 4doors)....and faster

ps - watch the video on the site if you want to laugh
