My Evo 8 came with a Fluidyne full size radiator. Today I went to install a set of Samco evo 8 hoses that I purchased used on here and couldn't get them to fit on the radiator. I tried for 20 minutes trying to get the top hose on, even put a little lube on it, and tried using a flat screw driver to help in on(like putting a bike tire on). The best I could do was about 1/4" on, could not for the life of me get it on further, the radiator chewed the hose up a little. (not bad, still useable).

Any ideas here? Is anyone using Samco's with a Fluidyne full size rad?

 

Soak the end in boiling hot water then try, this has always worked for me.
