Safe torque range when tuning?

Kind of a n00b question but going to be tuning my car in a couple weeks, Im running an HTA 3082 ball bearing turbo. Wondering whats a reliable torque range to have it tuned for should I keep it under 400wtq to be safe? Looking to hear from people who have had success running big turbos reliably on stock blocks.

Thanks

Keeping around 400wtq is a good spot. Moving the power band to higher rpm and avoiding torque spikes is the key which is why big turbos go well with stock blocks.

Thanks I appreciate it, want some power but want to keep it a little conservative, Ive seen some people with tunes that have lasted a couple years and some that only last a couple weeks. Higher torque curves seem to be the death of these motors so ill try to keep it around 400. Thanks again
