stock drivetrain

I’m in the process of a 2.4 gt35r set up, I've planned a TRE Transfercase rebuild and I’ve been wondering if an axle upgrade is necessary? I’m not actually know what to expect as far as power goes....

if your not sure, its better to swap it out, if you dont, you can do more harm then good.

people have ran 9's on the stockers (probably faster).

no need to throw money away

I read a lot of the this forum's threads. Although it has probably been done, I don't remember a thread where someone stated they twisted off an axle.

I would highly recommend shep for your TC rebuild. Just got mine upgraded to a stage 2 and love how quiet it is. Also, I would suggest rebuilding your tranny as well.

No need to upgrade your axles.
