can u spot whats wrong here

well was backing out of driveway after letting car warm up this morning.when car shut off. heres why. ever seen this? engine has 1500 miles on it. no signs of anything out of the ordinary
.










never seen this happen before. didnt jump time or anything. looks like a freak thing that happened. im so lucky

Do you have balance shafts? Was that nut tq'd properly or impacted on?

no balance shafts and i torqued nut and double checked it before installing engine

tightening the nut probably cracked the pulley and it finally let go.

def does. i wish somebody would upgrade these front cases. i never looked @ it up close to see in hairlines. dang it lol
