drive train whine

i just got my cars drivetrain serviced roughly 300 miles ago, before the service my car was fine and had no noises.
However after the service its now got a whining sound in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear only at low rpm around 1.5k-2k rpm both on acceleration and deceleration.
OR when i accelerate on 1st gear then release accelerator then push the clutch in and just let it roll with with 1st gear chosen but clutch in, its got a whining sound, this only applies to 1st and 2nd gear.
The transfer case oil used was castrol lsx90 gl5 oil, which mitsubishi recommended.
Can this whine be caused by the oil? or is my transfer case going bad?
