The issues you will run into is that looking at that IC the inlet/outlet of the IC come straight out so you may see once mocked up that some bumper modification may be needed

I do realise it, but I am wondering is it as good as Perrin?

I am going to install a 3" TB and I would like to make piping 3".

I undertand about lag with bigger piping, but in case I will lower the incoming air temp I will be able to make more agressive angles - result is more POWER, and thats what I need

tread - 22" X 12,5" X 3.5/4.5 I am looking to get 4.5"

Like I recommended in my PM to you, I would recommend sticking with what you have before jumping up to a 3" UICP, as it is overkill for your turbo/setup.

agree unless you have a setup to support and Need 3inch IC pipes you will gain nothing by doing so. its been tested time n time again.. actually i think david buschur did the tests years!!!! ago. 2.5inch IC pipes and maybe a 4inch high flow core n you should be good for 800whp

The Perrin intercooler core is actually 3.625" and is a very effective and proven unit; keep it.

I would go with turbo, then when it comes time to make some power, do an ETS intercooler.
