I can not figure out why the car will not idle. If you even breath on the throttle it will run but if you fully let off it dies. I have checked the timing, boost leak tested adjusted the throttle body screw tried changing the injector scaling and latency nothing is helping or seems to be changing anything at all. any help is appreciated.

 

I would:

Raise idle to 1000-1100 rpm
Move timing to 10* at idle
Add a few % fuel at idle
Double check cam timing

 

try before of all same rom only raising idle to 100/1100 then

go step by step as suggest by okevolutionVIII.

 

solved, it was an issue with the IAC valve
