Clutch Disk

What causes this? The little pieces missing from 2 of the pads.. The clutch itself still has life on it just wanna know what causes it to wear uneven like that.

That looks plenty normal after about 25 solid launches. Those 6 pucks create a lot of heat and also do alot of damage to the transmission. As far as it wearing uneven I am not sure, maybe your TOB was not seated all the way.

Couple track days, definitely more than 25 launches tho. It drives fine, no problem shifting into gears etc. Only thing I didn't do properly was break it in for 500 miles. My retainer clip also popped on me twice so not sure if that had anything to do with it. Exedy twin next time for me I guess!
