Fan Control Module

Hello,

Is this the fan control module? I find threads with people talking about it but can't find any pictures!

Nope, I actually didn't burp it correct haha. I did it again with the front of the car up in the air and waited like 10 minutes. Tested it this morning after a drive last night and it was pretty much soft!

BUT I needed one of these since I've gotten the car, my fan is ALWAYS on. As soon as I start the car. I read somewhere that it was an issue with some of the 2003 Evo's and there was a recall once because of it.

I remember a recall too, but not what cars. I have an '03 and didn't receive a recall for the fan module. Still, it wouldn't hurt to check. The part, if recalled but never replaced, should be available as long as the car lives.

Thanks all. STM sourced the part for me from STM, I replaced it and now my radiator fan control works like it should and is not on like it always was!

What's the easiest way to get at the fan control module? From the bottom? Or do I need to remove a bunch of crap from the top?

Also, is there anything that's supposed to be plugged into the module from the top of the pic? Sorry I'm retarded, but my front radiator fan doesn't kick on at all and I'm suspecting this is the problem.
