What sort of power do you plan on making?
The stock 100mm crank is cheap and has been proven to work to 800+whp. The turbo tuff rods or a similar I beam also seem to be popular. It all depends on power goals though.
I am not sure about the acl race bearings. I think that I heard to go with the standard for longer service intervals. I cant remember though, maybe someone much more knowledgeable will step in.

to get a stock crank around here I have to buy a whole motor and they seem to start at around 600, which is pretty much the price of the manley crank, unless you think the stock crank is better
