What sort of power do you plan on making?

The stock 100mm crank is cheap and has been proven to work to 800+whp. The turbo tuff rods or a similar I beam also seem to be popular. It all depends on power goals though.

I am not sure about the acl race bearings. I think that I heard to go with the standard for longer service intervals. I cant remember though, maybe someone much more knowledgeable will step in.

to get a stock crank around here I have to buy a whole motor and they seem to start at around 600, which is pretty much the price of the manley crank, unless you think the stock crank is better

this car will remain a sub 400 hp car

got all the parts and found some time to pull it all apart, block and head are back from machine shop. started assembing this morning
