4G63 Valvetrain Ticking

So, I had HKS 272 cams installed in my car and the ECU flashed by AMS. The tuners told me that I had excessive knocking so they had to pull back on timing. I had a compression test performed which indicated normal compression. I had the valve springs inspected and they looked good. So I changed my lifters to GSC ZERO-TICK lifters and installed an Kiggly HLA oil pressure regulator. However, I still have valvetrain ticking especially when the motor is cold. I'm hesitant about having this retuned for fear of more knocking. Has anyone had the same issue or can comment on the GSC lifters? Thanks.

I have had lifter ticking since I bought the car over 6 1/2 years ago. After changing to the GSC lifters, it's still there. It is worse when the engine is cold, but it has never caused any problems for me, it's just been annoying.

*UPDATE*

just had it tuned today by AMS and, yup, it was collapsed lifters that were initially causing my motor to knock...
