Transfercase rear seal leak, help me verify
I think that is where the fluid is coming from. I recently did my TC fluid and transfluid. The TC was whining a bit prior to the change, the whine went away after the change, but I found all the fluid. I'm guessing it was whining previously because it was low on fluid. Well, here are the pictures:
