Aiight, here's the update. I wasn't able to run another boost leak test now because I can't get a hold of a compressor today. The last time i did a boost leak test was around a month ago, so i'm figuring my egr valve vac line popped off sometime afterwards, idk but it wasn't an issue during the test. I'll try and run it once i can get a hold of another compressor again. Ok, the line i was running from the BOV to the wastegate was about a foot or so long so i cut it down and switched my boost source back to my turbo instead. I also swapped in some brand new lines to replace the old one's. And right now I'm pulling 1 spring out of the wastegate again, i'm just gonna run the 13 psi spring. After i put it back together, i'll run it again and let ya'll know if there's any differences.

^^^^ Definently agree, wg and bov should not be connected together
Here is tials install diagram...
Notice the before and after throttle positions for wg and bov...
Hope this help you out...

Can't be the manual boost controller when he isn't even using it. Straight from vacuum source to wastegate = no manual boost controller. For testing purposes keep it this way as there are less variables. When debugging anything you always eliminate as many variables as possible.
More so than cutting the length of the line down, I would inspect it to be sure there are no hair line tears in it that won't show up under boost leak testing. Or just replace it with a brand new piece.

Just ran it again with one 13psi spring, same thing as before 25-26 psi went running the wastegate str8 from the turbo and with the mbc. The mbc won't adjust it either, don't matter how much i turn it in. I even put a heavier spring in the mbc, no changes. To clear things up, previously i ran the wastegate to the line connecting the intake manifold and the bov, i t-ed it off. I never ran it str8 to the bov. I changed the lines from the wastegate and the turbo, there brand new silicone lines. Boost leak test is next i guess, unless anybody else has any ideas.

Do NOT use the boost controller until you have your system working without it. You are just introducing more variables that don't need to be there. Just trying to save you more headaches and wasted time. Just go straight from the side port of the wastegate to your boost source on the turbo compressor housing. You say you are using the 13psi spring. Try using the other spring instead and see what happens.
Thats What mine were with the spike I posted in the picture above, the MBC was over by where the air filter goes. I routed it now to over by the A/C line which makes it less than a foot of line, and it gave it the 2nd result.
You'd be surprised at how quick the wastegate needs to react to keep boost from overshooting

???? cursedsm, what isn't connected right? For sh*ts and giggles I threw the mbc in the mix for one pull (as a piece of mind for me) which was routed correctly because I know how a ball and spring mbc works. But for a min now I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem without the mbc hooked up, which is leaves my turbo set-up down to just one vac line running from the turbo to the watsegate side port, thats it, clean and simple. I'm not a novice mechanic, I work on jet engines for a living so I think I can manage running a hose from one nipple to the other. I appreciate your help but please do not insult my intelligence
.
B16a95eg, I also previously ran my mbc near my A/C and I still got the spike, had the line cut down to just a few inches to the wastegate and there was no changes. It would make sense for that to be the problem but ........now I'm trying to get it to work on just spring pressure (which makes the line about a foot long now anyway smh). I'm going to remove the big spring and install a small one next and see what happens, it will probably double the spring pressure again like before but we'll see. Are sticky wastegates a common thing? And if it is sticking, how can I fix that?

ya know being it is a 44mm it has vband correct? Check to see if the oring maybe damaged. I know I have had that happen before and it reaked all sorts of havic but mine was my bov.
