Cracked the wastegate open and the diaphragm is sticking to the housing, causing it to require more effort to push up on the plunger. What could i put on it to keep it from sticking? would liquid wrench work?

Ok, liquid wrench made it worse. If there anything else I can use? Is it suppose to stick like this?
