AMS Balance shaft eliminator help

hey guys i purchased an ams balance shaft eliminator and i am ready to do my build but i am confused . i have been searching the internet for an installation diagram on this product but i haven't seen anything even on AMS website... so i need you help on the follow....

1. do i get rid of the shaft that does not go to the oil pump?.
2. on that same side where that shaft is there are two bearings with holes in them. do i line up the new bearings with the holes and press them in or do i spin the bearings 180 degrees and block off both holes.
3. i realized that the side that the ams balance shaft goes has one bearing but no hole on the bearing does that have to remain like that?
4. What do i do to eliminate the pully so i can eliminate the balance shaft belt?

regards.
