GT30R and stock bottom?

Gentlemen,

I have rebuilt motor (ACL bearings and ARP studs, rest is stock and new). Is it safe to install GT30R turbo and if yes what boost I should run and HP expect? Sorry if it's in FAQ...

Thanks!

Anton

P.S. Sick of my HKS GTII wastegate issues (

There are cars with gt35 and 42r turbos on here making 500whp on the stock bottom end and doing it safely. So yes the 30r will be perfectly fine. The key is first to get a GOOD tuner who knows what hes doing and second you want to make sure that u keep the torque below 400. Which goes back to having a good tuner because he will be able to keep ur torque under 400 with no problem at all. Good luck!

500whp is a very save limit for a stock block. My stock engine currently has 115,000 miles. i had a gt3076r buschur kit on there from 19k miles to 60k miles making about 350whp on 91 ontane. Then i put the HTA gt3582r full race turbo kit from 60k miles untill now makeing about 400whp on 91 octane. The motor and car has never given me a problem.
