Car is running super lean

Whats up everyone, so the other day I got my car running finally after a motor swap from the previous motor blowing up. Long story short I took the car to get tuned on e85 and the shop messed something up during the tuning which caused the motor to blow a week later.
So I get the car back and drive it home 45 minutes on the highway carefully watching my wideband and everything is looking great, car is running smooth. No problems. The only thing is that the current battery is totally dead and we have to jump start the car every time. I got it back home after a couple stops (to get my hood and bumper from a friends place) and we decided to swap a friends battery from his RSX into my evo to drive my car to go get a new battery. Car starts right up and I pull away from my house and as soon as I get on the road the AFR goes up to 18+ and starts dying on me. I turned around right away and parked it.
I checked all the intercooler piping, hoses etc and everything seems to be fine. I'm doing a mellon tune next week so hopefully if anything that will sort it out but I don't see how the tune could have changed on me suddenly.
Anybody have any ideas as to what could have caused this??
Thanks!

That's rough, I've been told a tune can change but I've never seen it so I'd be wondering what leaned your car out? Sorry about your luck, I'd find a different tuner.

Check to make sure the hose on the fpr didn't pop off.

Tune isn't change just like that. I'm assume it's because you reconnect the battery, which that makes relearn position. What's AFR at idle? how about idle?

Checked all hoses and they're all good. when i start the car for about 5 seconds afr is at 14.9 and idle is good and then it slowly goes up and maxes out the gauge. i haven't driven it since then but if i rev it up at all it just stays past 18.

check fuel pump and intank filter , if the injectors which i presume are aftermarket were scaled when car was running low voltage the scalings/latencies will be way off.
