Evo 8 low idle, stalling when cold...
Evo 8 low idle, stalling when cold... SOLVED
Hello
My Evo wont idle when cold, idles when hot.
I did change the ISCV with a used one in working condition and when I started it cold, it idled very high, about 1500-1600 rpm. Now it is idling very low as it did before I changed the ISCV. It seems like the stepper only goes one way
Is there a specific procedure after installing a new ISCV?
I do have 1.3U cable.
Thanks

Hello
I have set the ecu via Evoscan in "BISS" mode but the rpm idle did not change when set into that mode. I have adjusted the idle rpm to about 1000-1100 rpm when hot so it dont stall when starting cold. (have to hold the accelerator about 5 sec after starting cold)
Car is completely stock. TPS is showing about 11-12% at idle.
What to check next?
Thanks
