you will not see Exedy carbon clutches anytime soon in this country, that much I can tell you (only for the 350Z)
We've got the Cusco's ready to go if you would like!

I still say ATS. Yes its a pretty penny but much better than a cusco or exedy. If I had to choose between the two (exedy vs cusco) I'd say cusco. It has a much nicer engagement plus it's has carbon plates.

Yes Cusco makes Exedy..and a few others too...it does have its differences though, disks being one of them.
As I said,m carbon Exedy clutches are out in Japan for awhile....and tons more money than Cusco's currently trade at.
ATS makes excellent units too (we also sell them, all the specs are on our site so you can see how they all compare). Is it "better" than Cusco or Exedy? I would argue a strong no - lots comes down to matter of taste and what exactly you need the unit for. The Cusco is very driveable, holds all the power most every Evo owner will realistically make. Same goes for Exedy.
ATS holds a bunch more, though the entry price is higher

Hey Matt,
You pulled 1.74's on your stock clutch. That is pretty good. Does it stink real bad when you launch like that? Mine sure did?

the only reason I would say to go with the cusco is b/c their carbon clutch is already out is usa. I think z1 is only AUTHORIZED cusco dealer in country(?), but I know on this board they are the only one. Anyway, ATS is THE clutch to get. Best reason is because it is a push-type clutch, much better IMO. It is only like 375 more the cusco double carbon...ATS holds more power, is better clutch, save for the ATS, if you're going to spend that much, you might as well spend a little more a get the best. If I didn't go with ATS...maybe OS Giken which is also push, or Ogura Racing. They are used for racing in Japan. My $.02
