Wiseco or not?

I am getting ready to build my engine. (2.3L stroker, with 10.5:1 CR). Planning on staying stock turbo for now, maybe green/EF3 later on.
I have heard and seen some complaints about wiseco pistons not being made to the proper specs and causing engine failures.

Does anyone have any concerns or comments on wiseco? recommendations on other pistons?

if you read my post about my engine blowing on the dyno, it may sway if you choose wiseco or not. Wiseco's clearances are no enough for evos or probably other builds. I used .0025 piston to wall clearance and the pistons melted. if i went to .0045 it would have been fine. I didnt think that wiseco would give incorrect clearances for performance builds.

I thought they came with a spec sheet for different clearances for the amount of hp they will see?

ive used the standard stroker piston and it cracked on the skirt, which i have heard a lot of them do. the HD versions have no problems though. i might have also gotten some bad pistons maybe?

even though i cracked the std version i would still buy the 1400HD versions for a build no problem
