Cerametallic and resurfacing

Been trying to find some info on this for quite some time but can't really find a solid answer.

I have a used Tilton twin that I want to use but of course, the surfaces on the flywheel, floater plate, etc all have that usual wear you get from just driving it. What I want to know is with cerametallic clutches, do you need to resurface the flywheel and pressure plate? I know with organic, you have to if you want smooth engagement.

it the surfaces are warped, and they usually are, they need to be resurfaced or replaced
