recently purchased this setup... wondering if this is an old type FP Green? Can someone verify this turbo if it is an fp green or standard evo 9 turbo just by looking at the # of blades? greatly appreciated!!

Look just like mine. But, I got fp stamp on it. Have five blade just like urs.

 

the guy i purchased from said it is old school green when FP didnt stamp the cover but i assume it was since i knew 9 turbo had 12 blades

 

FP always had an oval stamp on the cover. I recieved one of the first 10 and had a stamp on it. Maybe the BR 20G?

Mine did not have a stamp from the original batch, the green paint was the indicator I was told before they started stamping them.

You can see that my old FPgreen had 10 instead of 12 blades aswell. I'm sure it probably is, could be a TME perhaps?

 

what kinda power have you seen from these old fp green? im just looking for something with driveability and 400hp/tq on pump gas.... ive seen some really good numbers with e85 but here there isnt many stations that offers em

currently im running fic1050 and kelford 272s so hopefully itll put me there with this turbo

 

personally I wanted more after I got mine :/ wasn't enough for me... on pump

 

im sure currently i am on buschur gt35r and only making 391whp/337wtq on shiety cali 91 pump... my tuner said he set it at a really conservative tune at only 21psi... and this is not enough for me... i'm power hungry
