The off shelf solution isnt quite released yet. That being said they are still custom pistons until I get told otherwise. I am currently out of stock but have another order about to go in for a few sets.

We sold our last 3 sets (have more on order though), the OTS stuff looks to be ready within the next 4 weeks.

I know my customs took about 5 weeks or so to get to my house. But those weren't long rod.

I called ER today, I was hoping they had them in stock. So many people are going with combo an d they are not making it off the shelf piston. Wiseco needs to start making these pistons.

What is the cost of custom piston?

Well it depends on who you go through. I am lucky to get them at cost so mine were 500 shipped to my door is what I paid. But mine are not long rod they are standard.

They are making it an off the shelf piston, its just 4 weeks away. Customs are normally $100 more for the Wiseco over the off the shelf stuff. Right now if you had them custom made there is a chance you would be waiting longer to get them than if the OTS stuff is on time.

Should I just wait for these pistons or make a custom order?

Well if they are a month away from makeing them an off the shelf item, why order them custom when its gonna be 5 to 6 weeks for them? I mean doesn't it make since to wait a month and get ones that are ready for off the shelf and available to dealers?

mine took about 3-4 weeks and as Aaron said, it was another $100 over what you normally pay for off the shelf.
