Oh I have no doubt that I'll be fine without that fuel line before the rail but I already cut and reflared my hard line for the -8an, so using a stock line is out of the question.

what do you mean normal swivel fitting? isnt that what you have now? i think this would clear and you wouldnt have to redo the braided line. unbolt line, toss this on and bolt line to this. done!

However, I already cut, put a fitting on, and re-flared the hard line in the bay, so going back to a stock line would be far too much work.
if you want a stock fuel line i have one 100% unbent and in good shape. come pick it up and you can have it.

you could probably put an -8an push-loc fitting and get rid of the braided line with the big ends.the push-loc ends are half the size.

i just bought a bunch of push-loc stuff for my new catch can setup, and it's a pretty sweet setup.you would just have a skinny barb end coming off the rail.i think the lines and fittings are good to 250psi,but you could clamp it if you were worried.

Just for simplicity's sake, I'm going to grab a 120* and a 90* -8an fitting and try that first. If that fails I'll try n2oiroc's fitting, and if that fails I'll grab the stock line from evodan!

Thanks all for the help. The push loc fittings actually sound like a very good idea as well.

I ended up grabbing a 45* after speaking with a few folks with a similar setup. Should clear it just fine.
