Tranny can go all the way hit pass redline. Its the your engine can handle high rpms.

 

Let me put it to you this way Shep revs to 13k in his talon, goes to prob 9 or 9500 on his evo on a 2.3, so with that said why do you even ask that question? Tranny has nothing to do with rpm thats your valvetrain. Mind you these trannys are built for high hp, and pretty much drag apps. So unless you have a deticated drag car this is going in I don't suggest ordering it, order a level down or call the shop and talk to John himself about your setup and which tranny will be best for you.
